Winchester Water Treatment Co, a division of Winchester Plumbing & Gas Services Inc. is a company that strives to offer the best customer service imaginable. We truly value each and customer and offer a one-year warranty on our labor and material we provide.

Rodney Sinecoff is the President of Winchester Water Treatment Co. and Winchester Plumbing & Gas Services Inc. Rodney has over 30 years of plumbing experience and holds a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter Licenses in VA, WV, along with Backflow Prevention Certification. Rod not only is the president of the company but, he also is hands-on in working out in the field with the crews ensuring the job is done right from start to finish. Rod is a perfectionist. His job sites are kept neat and clean, all piping is run in a neat orderly function according to the International Plumbing Code. He believes in the saying, "Don’t ask someone to do something you are not willing to do yourself!”

Rod is hands-on even in the office, his attention to detail shows in how he runs the business from an office standpoint in doing commercial estimates, finalizing commercial contracts, authorizing residential proposals, invoicing, and ordering plumbing/gas piping materials. Rodney and his crews strive to keep a “Clean Site, Done Right, On Time!”

Kimberly Sinecoff is the Secretary / Treasurer of Winchester Plumbing & Gas Services Inc. Kim handles the advertising, taxes, insurances, licensing and human resources. She also assists the office admin with contracts, invoicing when needed. Kim believes in creating a fun-loving, compassionate work environment in which all the employees are treated and cared for like they are family. 

The Sinecoffs strive to have good family core values in our personal lives and within our workplace. We are both active within our church where Rod is a board member at Open Door Baptist Church.

Amanda DeHaven is our Office Admin and Customer Service Office Mgr. with over 15 years of experience. Amanda is truly an asset to our company! She handles the service scheduling, invoicing, 3rd party maintenance programs, typing residential and commercial proposals and change orders. Amanda has been friends of the Sinecoffs for 30+ years and employed for 5 years.

Brittany Sinecoff is our Secretary and Accounts Payable. Brittany is the daughter of Rodney and Kimberly. Brittany helps schedule service calls, handles all our accounts payable, payroll, and banking. Brittany’s dog Bailey comes to work with her daily and she brings her such joy. Because of Bailey’s collapsible trachea and needing CPR our other dogs have gotten the chance to come to work with us. 

Stephen Engelking is a Licensed Master Plumber and is currently completing the Backflow Prevention Certification. He has over 23 years of experience, and he is head of Winchester Water Treatment Co. working closely with Rodney Sinecoff, and Keith Knott to ensure our customers get the best water treatment system to fit their water needs. Stephen also handles all the residential site visits, estimates, proposals, inspections.

Keith Knott is a Licensed Master Plumber and is Backflow Prevention Certified with over 20 years of plumbing experience. We felt it only right to promote Keith as head of our Service Dept. handling all service estimates and special-order items. Keith is very knowledgeable in both plumbing and gas piping fields; he possesses excellent problem-solving skills. Keith specialties are water testing and treatment systems, tankless and tank water heater installation and repairs, along with gas piping installation to appliances. Keith has been part of the (*Winchester Water Treatment Co. and Winchester Plumbing & Gas Services Inc*.) family for over 14 years and we look forward to many more years to working together.

Jeremy Morris is one of our Service Technicians specializing in well pumps, sump pumps, water treatment systems. Jeremy has over 14 years of plumbing experience. Jeremy has been with us for 3 years. Jeremy was one of our first techs when we expanded our service side of the company. Jeremy has a wealth of knowledge in dealing with well pumps, pressure tanks, sump and sewer pumps, drain cleaning, and water and sewer line replacement.

Miles Pierce is one of our Service Technicians specializing in water testing, treatment systems where is certified through Water Right Treatment System. Miles also handles tankless and tank water heaters, along with gas piping, these are just a few areas where Miles excels. Miles has over 20 years of plumbing experience he has a wealth of knowledge in all areas and is great at problem-solving and fixing things the right way the first time. He is very customer service oriented, neat and clean worker making sure the customer is satisfied with a job well done.

Sammy Smith is our newest Service Technician. Having just joined our team in August, Sammy is quickly becoming a team player. He has over 6 years of experience, and specializes in drain cleaning, sump and sewage pumps, water heater replacement and gas piping. Sammy is outgoing honest, hardworking, and caring. He will not sell you items that you do not need and doesn’t believe in price gouging the customer. Sammy is proving to be a real asset to the WPGS family.
